EPIX reveals Official Synopsis of Pennyworth episode Julie Christie

EPIX has released the Official Synopsis of Pennyworth episode “Julie Christie” (1.07) that will be aired on Sunday, September 8 at 08:00-09:00 PM.

OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS

While Martha and Thomas confront Crowley over his strange party and the return of Patricia, Alfred and the lads track down the identity of a wanted killer.

“Pennyworth” is starring Jack Bannon as Alfred Pennyworth, Ben Aldridge as Thomas Wayne, Paloma Faith as Bet Sykes, Hainsley Lloyd Bennett as Bazza, Ryan Fletcher as Dave Boy, Jason Flemyng as Lord Harwood, Polly Walker as Peggy Sykes, Emma Paetz as Martha Kane, Jessica Ellerby as Queen Elizabeth II.

Pennyworth follows Bruce Wayne’s legendary butler, Alfred Pennyworth (Jack Bannon), a former British SAS soldier in his 20s, who forms a security company and goes to work with a young billionaire Thomas Wayne (Ben Aldridge), who’s not yet Bruce’s father, in 1960s London.

Pennyworth is produced by Warner Horizon Scripted Television for EPIX and is based on characters created by Bob Kane with Bill Finger, published by DC Comics, with executive producer/writer Bruno Heller and executive producer/director Danny Cannon.
