ABC reveals Official Synopsis of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. episode Hot Potato Soup

ABC has released the Official Synopsis of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. episode “Hot Potato Soup” (4.12) that will be aired on Tuesday, January 31 at 10:00-11:00 PM.

OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS

THE KOENIGS ARE BACK, AND THE FATE OF THE WORLD IS IN THEIR HANDS

Agents Sam and Billy Koenig (Patton Oswalt) are hunted down to get at the Darkhold book, and only Coulson and the team can save them before the clock ticks out.

“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” stars Clark Gregg as Agent Phil Coulson, Ming-Na Wen as Agent Melinda May, Chloe Bennet as Daisy Johnson, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leo Fitz, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Jemma Simmons and Henry Simmons as Agent Alphonso “Mack” MacKenzie.

Guest starring are Mallory Jansen as Aida, Patton Oswalt as Koenig, John Pyper-Ferguson as Shockley, Maximilian Osinski as Agent Davis, Artemis Pebdani as L.T. Koenig, Zach McGowan as The Superior, Konstantin Lavysh as Russian #1 and Zack Sayenko as Russian #2.

“Hot Potato Soup” (#412) was written by Craig Titley and directed by Nina Lopez-Corrado.

In Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Clark Gregg reprises his role of Agent Phil Coulson from Marvel’s feature films, as he assembles a small, highly select group of Agents from the worldwide law-enforcement organization known as S.H.I.E.L.D. Together they investigate the new, the strange, and the unknown across the globe, protecting the ordinary from the extraordinary.
