CBS Entertainment has announced that Supergirl has delivered its biggest adult 18-49 rating in seven weeks and its largest audience in five weeks with last night’s The Flash crossover episode “Worlds Finest” (#118), according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Monday, March 28.
In adults 18-49, Supergirl averaged a seven-week high of 1.7, a +31% jump from a week ago. In viewers, the crossover episode averaged 7.24 million viewers, up +21% from last week and delivering its largest audience in five weeks.
Supergirl was Monday’s highest-rated scripted series in adults 18-49.
Supergirl is an action-adventure drama based on the DC Comics character Kara Zor-El (Melissa Benoist), Superman’s (Kal-El) cousin who, after 12 years of keeping her powers a secret on Earth, decides to finally embrace her superhuman abilities and be the hero she was always meant to be.
Based on characters appearing in comic books and graphic novels published by DC Comics, with executive producers Greg Berlanti, Ali Adler, Sarah Schecter and Andrew Kreisberg for Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.
