The CW reveals Official Synopsis of iZombie episode Dead Beat

The CW has released the Official Synopsis of iZombie episode “Dead Beat” (#218) that will be aired on Tuesday, April 12 at 08:00-09:00 PM.

KEN MARINO (“VERONICA MARS”) GUEST STARS

Liv (Rose McIver) and Ravi (Rahul Kohli) are in need of help and find an unlikely ally in Blaine (David Anders). Detective Babineaux (Malcolm Goodwin) and Dale Bozzio (guest star Jessica Harmon) pursue a new lead on an old case. Meanwhile, when Major (Robert Buckley) finds himself in a world of trouble, sleazebag Brant Stone (guest star Ken Marino) comes to his rescue. Vaughn’s (guest star Steven Weber) evil side reaches a whole new level of mean.

“Dead Beat” (#218) was written by John Enbom and directed by John Kretchmer.

In iZombie, Olivia “Liv” Moore, a rosy-cheeked, disciplined, over-achieving medical resident who had her life path completely mapped out… until the night she attended a party that unexpectedly turned into a zombie feeding frenzy. As one of the newly undead, Liv has devised a way to resist her baser urges to devour fresh human brains – she’s taken a job in the Seattle coroner’s office.
