CBS Entertainment has released the official Synopsis of Supergirl episode “Truth, Justice and the American Way” (#114) that will be aired Monday, February 22 at 08:00-09:00 PM.

OFFICIAL SYNOPSIS

Supergirl does battle with the deadly Master Jailer (Jeff Branson), who is hunting and executing escaped Fort Rozz prisoners. Also, Cat hires a second assistant, Siobhan Smythe (Italia Ricci), who immediately tries to one-up Kara, and Kara and James disagree over the DEO’s methods.

SUPERGIRL stars Melissa Benoist as Kara Danvers/Supergirl, Calista Flockhart as Cat Grant, Chyler Leigh as Alex Danvers, Mehcad Brooks as James Olsen, David Harewood as Hank Henshaw and Jeremy Jordan as Winslow “Winn” Schott.

Recurring cast are Peter Facinelli (Maxwell Lord), Laura Benani (Alura/Astra), Chris Vance (Non), Jenna Dewan-Tatum (Lucy Lane), Briana Venskus (Agent Vasquez).

Guest starring are Italia Ricci (Siobhan Smythe), Jeff Branson (Master Jailer/Draper), Todd Sherry (Professor Luzano), Blake Berris (Gabriel Phillips), Jacqueline Grace Lopez (Brooke), Ray Campbell (Jim Warren).

“Truth, Justice and the American Way” (#114) has a story by Michael Grassi, teleplay by Yahlin Chang & Caitlin Parrish and directed by Lexi Alexander.

Supergirl is an action-adventure drama based on the DC Comics character Kara Zor-El (Melissa Benoist), Superman’s (Kal-El) cousin who, after 12 years of keeping her powers a secret on Earth, decides to finally embrace her superhuman abilities and be the hero she was always meant to be.

Based on characters appearing in comic books and graphic novels published by DC Comics, with executive producers Greg Berlanti, Ali Adler, Sarah Schecter and Andrew Kreisberg for Berlanti Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television.
