According to Variety, acclaimed actor Ryan Robbins has been casted as Conklin, in Arrow’s Fourth Season. Robbins will appear in the third episode, with a Recurring Role.
Conklin, a sadistic and ruthless member of Shadowspire who will be an adversary for Oliver (Stephen Amell) in the flashback sequences. The show’s flashback arc will also see the Arrow take on Jimmy Akingbola’s Baron Reiter (aka Baron Blitzkrieg), who is the leader of Shadowspire.
Ryan Robbins has previously appeared on ‘Falling Skies,’ ‘Hell on Wheels’ and ‘Ascension.’
