According to Deadline, actor Drew Powell who plays Butch Gilzean in Gotham, has been Upped to Series Regular for Season 2.
Drew Powell made his debut as chief henchman to Jada Pinkett Smith’s Fish Mooney in Season 1. For Season 2 he inherits the new King of the Gotham underbelly as a boss, Oswald Cobblepot/Penguin.
