According to The Wrap, acclaimed actor JR Bourne has been casted as Jeremy Tell, aka Double Down, in Arrow’s Fourth Season. Bourne will appear in the third episode of the new season.
Jeremy Tell, a metahuman, who can turn his playing card tattoos into deadly weapons. As a metahuman, Double Down is more closely associated with ‘The Flash’ mythology in the comics, and is a member of the villainous Rogues gallery.
JR Bourne has previously appeared on “Teen Wolf”.
